Dicentrarchus labrax
Le bar (Dicentrarchus Labrax) est un poisson de forme élégante, vigoureux, vorace, chassant à l’affût, extrêmement méfiant, littoral, recherchant les eaux fortement oxygénées, pouvant pénétrer et séjourner dans les eaux douces, allant jusqu’à s’y reproduire. Il possède des dents disposées sur la partie antérieure du vomer seulement, des écailles cycloïdes sur l’espace inter-orbitaire, parfois des mouchetures noires sur le corps des jeunes, rarement sur celui des adultes.
Presentation : dans les caisses isothermes, le poisson est présenté droit selon 1 ou 2 lit(s) suivant la taille.
Packaging : after slaughtering in ice water, the fish is packed in a 5 or 10 kg isothermal box (net weight) with ice. A protective film is isolating the fish from the ice.
Labelling : name of the product in different languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German), latin name, number of pieces, net weight, calibre, slaughtering date, mention « waterproof » if necessary, product in France, preserving conditions, batch number, AQUANORD address, bar code and sanitary number.

GILTHEAD SEA BREAM
Sparus aurata
The sea bream has a nostril with two openings on each side of the head, a body slightly elongated et compressed, a single dorsal fin and two opercula spines. Its first dorsal and anal fins rays are sharped. The lateral line stops before the tail fin. It has 2 flat opercula spines, a posterior edge of opercle finely serrated, a lower edge with strong forward, directed denticles. It has a gray blue back, yellow silvered sides, a golden spot on the forehead and a black spot underlined with red on the edge of the operculum. The tail fin is bordered with black, the teeth are on two to four raws.
Presentation : in isothermal boxes, the fishes are showed straight in 1 or 2 rows according to the size.
